Cancellations
Unless stated – all written quotes are net and do not include GST.
(a) Entire Event
- Notice of sixty (60) days or more: Providing there are no costs incurred, no cancellation fee will apply.
- Within sixty (60) days: Subject to 20% cancellation fee of estimated total revenue of the event cancelled.
- Within thirty (30) days: Subject to 50% cancellation fee of estimated total revenue of the event cancelled.
- Within fifteen (1 5) days: Subject to 80% cancellation fee of estimated total revenue of the event cancelled.
- Within seven (7) days: Subject to 100% cancellation fee of estimate.
All quotes are based on a maximum of 4 hours on site.
Note : Deposits may be required for advance bookings where Tobruk is asked to hold specific dates for clients 3 – 24 months ahead of the planned programme.
(b) Food and Beverage
- Final confirmation of food and beverage selections and event schedules must be received in writing fourteen (14) days prior to an event.
(c) Guaranteed Minimum.
- A final guaranteed number of guests attending an event is required by midday, seven (7) days prior to an event. Charges will be based on a guaranteed minimum number or final head count, whichever is greater.
(d) Exclusive Use
- 70% Deposit a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the event.
- Final payment within seven (7) days of invoice of the event.
- All acts, entertainment, catering, equipment booked direct by ITO’s and not through TOBRUK, will be subject to a base levy dependant on requirements.
- Final confirmation for any hire of equipment will be 14 days prior to event.
- External entertainment/contractors – as stated on Optional extras, deposits or full payment may be required prior to event.
ALL CHANGES AND ALTERATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING. TELEPHONE CONFIRMATIONS AND REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Other Conditions
(a) Rates
- Children = 6 - 12 years of age.
- All rates are based on a maximum of 4 hours on site.
- Evening Exclusive Use – Tobruk is booked on a sole use basis.
- General Use Day – Open to all group bookings (No sole use offered).
- General Use Evening (subject to availability) Open to all group bookings. Available only on evenings free of Exclusive Use bookings.
(Subject to government goods and services tax as stated).

All non- English speaking groups will require guides capable of translating throughout the programme. Tobruk has guests visit from all over the world and does not have the capacity to have linguists on staff for translation purposes.

Tobruk can provide transcriptions of the programme content in Japanese.

- TOBRUK currently holds public liability insurance for $10,000,000
Important Notice: The Tour Operator hereby indemnifies Tobruk Pastoral Company T/A Tobruk Sheep Station, in respect of any claim or compensation sought by a participant brought to the premises by the tour operator and incurred as a result of the participant engaging in boomerang throwing, whip cracking and any other activities whilest on the premises.

DROVERS CAMP – (Semi Covered)
- The drover’s camp can seat 80 guests around the campfire for Morning Tea or 150 to 200 pax standing.
- Lunch and dinner maximum of 50 pax seated.
- Extra hay bales can be brought in at cost for seating.
SHEARING AREA – ALL WEATHER
- This area can seat 180 clients in tiered seating.
YARDWORK – ALL WEATHER WIDE BULLNOSE VERANDAHS
- Standing 120. Seated 80. Extra Hay Bales can be brought in at cost.
TOBRUK DINING ROOM
- The dining room can seat
- At round tables – each table set for 10 clients, 200 – 210 Dance floor area reduced.
- At oblong tables – each table set for 8 clients 200 – 210 Dance floor area reduced.

BULLNOSE VERANDAH – BLUE MOUNTAINS VIEWS
- This wide covered verandah has seating and standing room. This verandah with beautiful views to the Blue Mountains is a natural overflow area from the dining room.
RESTROOMS
- Wheelchair Access Toilet x 1.
- Ladies x 5 cubicles.
- Gentlemen x 3 urinals and 2 cubicles.
- Extra toilets brought in if Marquees are booked at extra cost.
LARGE GROUPS
- Large groups are usually split for the Programme/Activities for guest comfort.
